Some one Please tell me

What are the rules of bloging for I started Bloging in the matrix to dump thoughts into and thus it began. Now it seems that I am being accused putting y things in places stating i am using it as a web page. I am puttig stuff every where for the people to learn what I feel and learn. Is that wrong?
